Kate Middleton showcases affordable summer style during day out with children

The young prince's mother, Kate Middleton, appeared to be enjoying the downtime as they watched Prince William play at the Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy at Beaufort Polo Club.

While all eyes were on Meghan making her Buckingham Palace balcony debut, it was George, Charlotte and Princess Anne's granddaughter, Savannah Phillips, who stole the show.

Savannah, George and Charlotte are clearly firm friends, so we'll expect to see more cute cousin moments from them in the future.

Should little George been given a more "peaceful" toy to play with or is this all a big noise over nothing?

The comfortable dress made it possible for Kate to chase the kids and keep them from running onto the polo field.

While Charlotte left us gushing over how adorable she looked even while crying, after she fell from the bench on the Buckingham Palace's balcony, one can not ignore Prince George's naughty antics.

The moment has been captured, with people going gaga over this royal Tow Sawyer-like child, also giving a flawless throwback to the time Prince Harry shared a similar moment with Princess Beatrice.

The family was out after melting hearts at the Queen's Trooping the Colour birthday celebrations.

Lest you think that Prince William was the main attraction of a polo match that he played in, think again.

The rest of her time was spent like any other young mum on a day out with the kids - untangling the Slinky, re-tying shoe laces and comforting Prince George when all the excitement became a bit much and he got a little teary.
