The Black Panther Director Is Into the Idea of a Female Spinoff


"I would watch a movie with them!"

Upon being asked if he would ever do a spin-off with just the female characters of Black Panther, Coogler said: "Oh man, that would be wonderful if the opportunity came up".

According to Variety, director Ryan Coogler was speaking at the Cannes Film Festival where he discussed making the movie and his favourite parts. "These actresses could easily carry their own movie".

Black Panther has already gone down in history as one of the most successful and beloved Marvel movies yet. "It's got to change", said Coogler.
