Three of the children were missing, though the body of a girl believed to be one of the missing children was found near the site of the accident last week.
Police hadn't found the bodies of Devonte Hart and his adoptive sisters, 16-year-old Hannah Hart and 12-year-old Sierra. The body has yet to be identified.
Sarah Hart and two of the three children found dead at the scene tested positive for diphenhydramine, an active ingredient in Benadryl.
At some point between the family's last sighting that night and March 26, when their SUV was found at the bottom of the cliff - likely several hours after landing there - it appears Jennifer Hart had a few drinks.
Preliminary toxicology tests found Jennifer Hart had an alcohol level of 0.102, said California Patrol Capt. Bruce Carpenter.
