The recall was made on approximately 590,000 Dr. The designs involved with the recall are the giraffe, zebra, turtle, deer, bunny and special holiday-edition reindeer, frog and Spring bunny. The lot codes are printed on the tag attached to the holder.
While there haven't been injuries there have been 67 reports of the ribbon fraying and the snap detaching.

The teething products were imported by Handi-Craft and manufactured by Yangzhou Rich Arts and Crafts Co.in China.
