Jacksonville Jaguars keep WR Marqise Lee with four-year deal

Jacksonville will also reportedly sign guard Andrew Norwell - regarded as the top free agent offensive lineman - and is also re-signing wide receiver Marqise Lee, according to reports.

The moves help reinforce Jacksonville's receiving corps after Allen Robinson agreed to sign with the Chicago Bears early Tuesday morning. He only had six touchdowns and two gains of 40 or more yards in that stretch, but he'll at least give Blake Bortles a dependable target on short and intermediate routes while second-year receivers Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole provide speed downfield.

He's also played in three career postseason games with the Jaguars, making two grabs for 22 yards, including the game-winning score against the Buffalo Bills in last season's playoffs.

In four seasons with the Colts, Moncrief had 152 receptions for 1,875 yards and 18 touchdowns in 53 games.

With Denver no longer hunting for the quarterback, the makeup of the upcoming 2018 National Football League draft also changes. He guided Minnesota to the NFC championship game after replacing an injured Sam Bradford last season.

Moncrief, a third-round pick of the Colts in 2014, appeared in 53 games with 27 starts over his past four seasons.

The terms of Moncrief's deal have yet to be released, but for a 24-year-old on his second contract, it should be a healthy but not bank-breaking amount.

After playing in all 16 games his first two years in the league, however, Moncrief would suffer a bit from the injury bug in 2016 and 2017, playing in a combined 19 games over that span.
