Heather Locklear has been charged with several counts of battery against first responders who answered a domestic violence call at her Southern California home.
TMZ reported that Locklear, 56, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer and is facing a count of resisting or obstructing an officer.
Sheriff's officials said the actress kicked, pushed and shouted at deputies, as well as telling them that their children "deserve to die" when they tried to arrest her and escalate the situation. Now, Ventura County's Senior Deputy District Attorney Thomas Dunlevy did not confirm the bevy of charges facing Heather, but did reveal that the actress' case was scheduled for court today (March 13) at 9 a.m.
Representatives for Locklear did not immediately respond to The Times' request for comment Tuesday morning.
