While it's a bit odd that the company is still looking for help so late after announcing the title, it wouldn't exactly be unheard of.

Limited hiring expected in 2nd quarter: Manpower

According to publication site Gematsu we learn that a level planner job has surfaced at the development studio, which happens to be for the Final Fantasy VII Remake.

We expect those of you who apply for this position to become an active core member. The Level Planner's assigned duties are to establish a workflow for location creation, develop level designs for those locations, and implement those designs within Unreal Engine 4. They are now in the thought process of creating a world of Final Fantasy VII that is being resurrected for the modern times.

In addition, those unfamiliar with Final Fantasy VII are encouraged to apply.

It'll be interesting to see if E3 2018 or some other event will provide more details on Final Fantasy VII Remake. Knowledge of Final Fantasy 7 is not required, apparently, as the publisher hopes the new recruits to inject fresh ideas into the remake. These links leave Siliconera.
