Former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is set to light up Wrestlemania 34 on April 8 and former WWE superstar CM Punk is expected to make his return to the UFC Octagon in Chicago.

Dana White said in January that he was going to give Punk another shot, and his second career fight will happen in the ideal place.

"June nine, after I win and lock eyes with my attractive wife, embrace my coaches and shout out my entire team", Punk responded when asked about the next time he will cry in the Octagon.

There is also now no word as to who CM Punk's potential opponent will be.

"June nine, after I win and lock eyes with my attractive wife, embrace my coaches and shout out my entire team". He eventually made his debut against Mickey Gall (4-1) at UFC 203 in September 2016. He quickly lost to Mickey Gall via submission in the first round. Punk has no amateur MMA experience to speak of and he does train with Roufusport out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After the ECW experiment ended, Punk's career took off as he would win a total of five world championships, including a 434-day reign with the WWE Championship in 2011.

As of now, UFC 225 still doesn't have a main event although the promotion has been working on booking a middleweight title fight between Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero for that card.

The UFC 225 pay-per-view event is scheduled to go down on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
