Trump vs. Oprah? The president says it'd be fun, unlikely, and the result would be a foregone conclusion.

Oprah Winfrey is "intrigued" by the idea of running for US president, but she is not "actively considering" it right now, her best friend Gayle King said Tuesday.

"I'm sure if she decides to run, which I think the president states he doesn't feel she will, I'm sure she'll have help with that", Sanders added. I think she'll learn on the job the same way Bill Clinton learned - a former governor of Arkansas - or Barack Obama, a junior senator, learned on the job.

Chrissy Teigen, who along with husband John Legend are among Donald Trump's biggest critics, went right for Ivanka Trump's throat when she said: "Ew go away".

KING: "I got emails from people yesterday that said is Stedman being strategic or is he being supportive?"

There has been feverish speculation Oprah could run for the Democratic nomination at the next presidential election after a rousing speech at the Golden Globes that touched on female and black empowerment, her roots in poverty and support of those who speak up about sexual abuse and harassment. "If she runs, she's our nominee".

Trump added: "I don't think she's going to run".

Saturday Night Live returned from its holiday hiatus with a bang. When he's asked if that's really true, Armisen shrugs, "Yeah". You had fun? What's the problem.

But the majority of those polled said they had no interest in seeing Winfrey, the founder of OWN and star of the upcoming film, "A Wrinkle in Time", trade the media world for the political ring.

Asked whether Winfrey was qualified, Sanders said, "Look, I disagree very much on her policies", although Winfrey has no voting record.

Winfrey confidante Gayle King said earlier on Tuesday there was no change in Winfrey's past position - that she is not interested in running for president. "We all know she is a very good talker", King said.

During the Golden Globes, Winfrey gave an empowering speech, alluding to the importance of truth given the turmoil that the media has been under in the past few months. "She wanted it to be a uniting speech". I do think that. I did one of her last shows ...

"You'd heard the rumours but you had no idea he was actually serially assaulting young stary-eyed actresses who in turn had no idea what they were getting into".

"It's up to the people", Graham told The Los Angeles Times. I'm just looking at, this "Yes She Can.' "Noprah" if you took out the 'p" it would say Norah.

"Yeah, I'll beat Oprah", Mr Trump said. "I thought that they would be talking about it because it was powerful".
