Pakistan take on Afghanistan in U19 World Cup opener

India has defeated Pakistan by seven wickets in an important match of the World Cricket Cup of the Blind at the Oval Ground in Ajman, UAE today (Friday). India won the toss and put Pakistan to bat. In reply, India reached the target with five overs to spare. Haryana's Deepak Malik (B3) top-scored with an unbeaten 79 off 71 balls, striking eight boundaries, while Venkatesh (64 off 55 balls) and skipper Ajay Reddy (47 off 34) shared 106 runs for the fourth wicket. Sharing a special message for the cricket fans in Twitter, the India Under-19 team's head coach Dravid said,"The under-19 team is very keen to show you their talent". Five of Pakistan's key players were missing as they failed to obtain visas in time.
