As a part of the 2017 Game Awards Show, a number of new games were announced or showcased; though one of the show stealers appears to be another cinematic trailer for Hideo Kojima's upcoming game Death Stranding.
"And nothing's going to stop us this time", Reedus replied, referring to the cancellation of Silent Hills by Kojima's former employee Konami.
It's hard to fully discern what any of the trailer actually means, but it offers more of a look into Death Stranding than has been previously shown.

Oliver responded, "I believe what she wrote, yes". "Yes", Oliver replied . "Because there's no point in [an accuser] lying". The 6 minute, 14-second video has been edited down from what Zeitchik says was an approximately half-hour long discussion.
Death Stranding is still here, and it's still weird.
Well, we should have known this would be at The Game Awards. The plot will deal with the connection between life and death, and that it will be action-oriented. Even Norman Reedus didn't seem too sure, but at least we learnt that his character's name is Sam.
The new trailer gave fans a further glance at the dark world of Death Stranding and features a hefty amount of Reedus in a grey hazmat suit. I love Kojima's previous works, and I'm eager to see what he'll do unfettered by the trappings of the Metal Gear universe.
