According to police records, Aguayo told Tallahassee PD that he was heckled about missing two kicks in a game against Florida and then "rushed by several members of the fraternity" and punched in the face. "He said they were giving him a hard time about missed field goals during the Florida game", officers wrote in their report.
The police report says Aguayo had blood on his shirt and his face was swollen and bloody.
The Pi Kappa Phi fraternity was recently shut down following the death of a pledge earlier this month.
The documents were one of about two dozen police reports so far obtained in a public records request related to the fraternity after pledge Andrew Coffey died at an off-campus party on November 3. As a result, all fraternities and sororities at Florida State have been suspended indefinitely.
Microsoft, SAP Expand Cloud Computing Partnership
According to SAP Chief Executive Bill McDermott, customers frequently ask the company which technology they should use. SAP said it will run more than a dozen of its business-critical systems on Microsoft's Azure cloud platform.
It all went down on December 2 2016 - you can see Ricky square up to fight a Pi Kappa Phi frat bro in a Santa hat. while a spectator roots him on, "Hey Aguayo, f*ck him up bro!"
Witnesses who were driving by during the fight said they had to stop because the ruckus spilled into the street.
Cops were called to the scene and Aguayo told police he was "jumped" by the frat guys - but the video looks far from a "jumping" situation. Some of the apparent fraternity members told Aguayo his brother wouldn't have been in a fight like he was. He said he was hit in the face four times in the fracas. He also declined to press charges and refused to provide a written statement. This year, Aguayo is 15-of-18 on field goals for the 5-6 Seminoles.
