Nintendo will not offer Switch discounts this holiday season

It has been a great year for Nintendo fans, with the new Switch console as well as a throwback console based on the beloved Super Nintendo Entertainment System. That won't be happening, however, as Nintendo isn't offering discounts on the console during the holidays. The focus will be on having enough supply at retail stores, according to Nintendo's Fils-Aime. "We're focusing on making sure we have robust supply at retail".

"We are not discounting the Switch", Fils-Aimé said.

Hoping to capitalize on the holiday rush when it comes to purchasing a Switch?
