The elusive hip-hop artist took center stage to perform multiple hit singles.

The going is certainly getting tough for USA rapper Eminem, who was trolled on micro-blogging site Twitter after he performed a medley of his earlier hits "Stan" and "Love The Way You Lie" after performing his latest single "Walk On Water" at Saturday Night Live.

While Chance the Rapper played host for this weekend's episode of SNL, Eminem was the musical guest for the evening.

Both men were last heard from November 5, and were formally declared missing two days later, Atlanta's Fox 5 reported . They had traveled to Alabama from Atlanta for a performance at a bar in Montgomery, Alabama, AL.com reports .

Accompanied by an orchestra, Eminem began the performance with his new track released earlier this month which was originally recorded with Beyoncé, with Grey, who wrote the song, filling in for the pop superstar. (Rolling Stone)Thanks to @chancetherapper, @Eminem, and @SkylarGrey for an incredible night! The star, who previously appeared on the long-running late-night sketch comedy series as a performer, kicked things off by presenting a amusing "Chance-giving" opening monologue.

However, some media outlets went in on Em for flashing back time.

Opposed to performing two separate songs, as per the protocol for the musical guest on SNL, Eminem bypassed that and instead did a nine-minute medley of 3 songs, which of course has sent his fans into delirium.
