What to do with Jared Goff on Sunday

After what seems like the better part of the 2017 season on the road, LA looked travel tired, as kicker Greg Zuerlein accounted for much of first half scoring.

The L.A. Rams have won four consecutive games following its 33-7 victory over the Houston Texans at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Jadeveon Clowney and his fellow defensive linemen did a good job of generating pressure up the middle, which prevented Goff from operating comfortably from the pocket. The first came just before halftime when the game was still very much up in the air. He got loose for a 34-yard run in the fourth quarter, but that was about it in a game the passing attack ended early with some big plays.

Prior to the hit Fuller was targeted three times by quarterback Tom Savage, catching two of those passes for a total of 15 yards. Goff found Woods again for the former USC Trojans receiver's second touchdown of the game.

While McCown was under duress on 37.8 percent of his dropbacks, it was not because of the play of Shell. For the game he totaled three run stops, and also notched a quarterback hurry on a pass rush.

One week after finding Sammy Watkins open for a deep 67-yard catch in New York, Goff delivered a dime to Robert Woods to start the third quarter as the Rams scored their longest touchdown of the season on a 94-yard bomb.

On the ensuing Texans possession, Savage once again fumbled and the Rams recovered deep in Houston territory. Blake Countless picked off Savage at the Rams' 25 and returned it 19 yards.
