Manchester City are eight points away from Jose Mourinho's United but with only 11 games played so far this season, there's plenty of time to catch up.
Kelley was asked to get out of the vehicle and perform a sobriety test and the officer noticed Kelley's eyes were red and watery.
Kelley, a Lafayette, La., native, did not start Saturday's game at LSU in Baton Rouge, La. His bond was set at $935, which he posted, and he was released at 11: 46 a.m. Per the police report, Kelley refused to take a breathalyzer test after he was pulled over.
Kelley is the first known Arkansas football player arrested since fullback Hayden Johnson was charged with public intoxication and being a minor in possession of alcohol last October. Kelley completed 3-of-10 passes for 36 yards with one interception in relief of Allen on Saturday.
