The Baby B'gosh quilted hooded jackets, sold in pink and grey, have a front button enclosure that presents a potential choking hazard, as the snaps may become detached.

OshKosh has received three reports of snaps detaching - and in one case, a child put the snap in her mouth.

Pink and gray Baby B'gosh quilted jackets sold August 20-Sept.

The CPSC estimates that approximately 38,000 jackets were sold in the US and another 5,000 were sold in Canada. The coats were sold by OshKosh and at Bon-Ton, Kohl's, Fred Meyer and other department stores around the country for $35 to $40.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled jackets away from children and return them to any OshKosh or Carter's store or contact OshKosh for a full refund in the form of a gift card.
